Order arrived incomplete

I have been a memeber of Herbalife for about 4 years now and never been as dissappinted as I am now. Yesterday I recieved my order but the tea was not included. I tried with my sponsors and their sponsors (probably like 6 people) to log a complaint on the website bit as I wanted to submit the complaint with the invoice attached it kept saying my phone number is invalid. Wich makes it look like that you are not able to submit a complaint on the website. So still Herbalife does not know that my order arrived incomplete. This is unacceptable as Heebalife will never send out an order that is not paid in full, but I do not recieve all my products I actually paid for. Because of 1 tea I am reluctant to let products get delivered directly to my clients from now on. Also. Wondering about stying an active memeber of Herbalife. So please can ANYBODY assis me as soon as possible to resolve this and get me my tea that I paid for. In these trying times nobody has money to throw away. Please contact me urgently on ***
