Money paid wrongful

Since May 2020 I struggle to get my money back from Herbalife.

I made an order paid for it but didn't used my membership number so I never received that order.

After how many calls I still haven't received my money.

And yes...I uploaded all relevant documents on the official app.

I really thought Herbalife is a reputable company who would've picked it up after audits are done but they not at trustworthy.
