IS HERBALIFE DODGING REFUNDS???

I am trying to get my Distributor Pack REFUND of R575, I've been waiting 6 weeks!! 7/3 I sent an email to HL to request resignation. Form received. 16/3 Form emailed to HL 3/4 Follow up email sent as no response received. 4/4 Another follow up email sent, no response 5/4 Emailed form again. Phoned the call centre and was informed I have to sent the form via a link which she will email to me. Email received with no link. Tried to log in to my account, ACCESS DENIED. 18/4 Online complaint form submitted, referred back to HL call centre. 19/4 Phoned the call centre at 11h35. Spoke to Londeka who sent an email to me while on the phone, which I rep**** to with my resignation form. Londeka said the mail is not coming through, she will keep an eye and phone me back in 10min. 2 HOURS LATER I phoned again and was finally assisted by someone who understands the specific process. Tshidi said no form was ever received from me (I sent it 3 times already!), she assisted me to reset my password and online support on my phone. We hung up so that I can finish the notes, when I tried to attach my form, your system kicked me out and the form was blank again. I phoned in again, spoke to Portia who said "TRY AGAIN on a PC this time. Which I did, and I can't find the online support on your website.

My experience with Herbalife is horrific, I've been waiting for my refund for 6 weeks. And I've spent 3 hours of my day today to get this sorted out, and my problem is still persisting! Hence my lovely review.
