Can I please have my money today .. I sent another request and I’m being told about 21 days yet it’s been over a month that I waited for my money please give me back my money I don’t wanna be annoyed coz whatever automated response y’all sending here is not working.. no one is calling and besides I don’t wanna be called I need my money I send y’all my reference number why don’t you follow up on the query

Please note that I’m not waiting for 42 days to get my money back y’all inconsiderate and lie to customers . How do you even tell someone to wait another 21 days after they waited for a month and misinformed consultants.. I need my money by the end of the day I’m tired of y’all unless you want to take this further

I call the call center everyday and I’m being told that someone will call me back but nothing yesterday even after I posted here I spoke to Sedonia jacobs said her manager will call back yet nothing can I please have my money back same way y’all got your products back
