I'm disappointed, my orders normally takes 2-3 days to be delivered.

I placed an order on the 1st of June with one of Herbal life Agents, and still did not receive my order or refund. She send me a screen shot showing me that her orders are on the way little did she know that she will be receiving half of her orders. She then took a taxi to Herbal life Warehouse that is in Johannesburg to find out why she received half orders instead of full, that's where she was told that some of the herbal shakes were out of stock but did not let her know while placing them. It's been a months an 18 days waiting for my order, I also asked her if I can be refunded my money back and she told me that Herbal life does not refund you rather wait until you get your orders. My question is how long am I supposed to wait? R430 is a lot of money. I want my money back.
