Herbalife product not working

Hi to whom it may concern, my name is Kgomotso order number 6P***2 Order date 09 April 2020 Tracking number 6P***2-00 which was delivered on the 14th of April 2020 the sales champion was Thando, she sold me a 7 days pack without my knowledge, however the product is making my face even worse, after the sale she ignores my concerns about the product not working. So I am pleading to Herbalife to help me with an alternative product or reimburse me my money since i see no difference.
