Herbalife order since May 19 2020

I am writing this in frustration with herbal life whom I made an order with since May up to date I haven't received it. Tried calling them,emailing everything I have not received any response. I went to their offices in Woodmead to fetch it myself but their office was closed and I think what frustrates me is the fact that the is no communication.
