Herbalife ********** Website

I purchased more than R1200 worth of products on www.herbashop.co.za which poses as a distributor for Herbalife- however as soon as my transaction went off, I could no longer log onto my account and track my order. I did not receive any confirmation of my order or tracking information of my products. I am unable to get any feedback from their email address and the phone number don't even go through.
