Herbal life staff not helpful

Hi there, I've been trying to deal with anyone from herbalife who is willing to help me but I received no hell with allocating my purchased goods and I'm still waiting for feedback after I sent a email via the website Iv even sent some to the office on the M5 with no luck.....!!!!

How do you expect people to live a healthy lifestyle and to loose weight when everyone is sooo unhelpful...I want a refund or double my products asap... Herbalife is expensive.. Damn!!!
