Fed up and tired of fighting for MY money for 2 months

I've been trying to get my refund of R575 back for nearly 2 months. Herbalife is not assisting me at all. They keep saying the refund has been processed and makes promises for dates, but I STILL didn't get my money back. This is my second hellopeter complaint, the first complaint was 19/4. But it doesn't seem like they actually give a what people think of their business. I am highly frustrated with this business and their processes, I don't feel that they care at all.
