Complaint about HerbalLife Distributor.

I ordered skin products from a HerbalLife distributor on the 4th of August 2020 and paid her through instant money. Before i ordered the skin products my goal was to join membership March 2020 she had both my numbers for calls and the one that is active only for WhatsApp. She kept calling to check if i managed to get the joining fee R550.

However i would like to keep her name private.

I was told the order is done on the same day of the payment and that it might delay due to backlog orders. So I'll get my products beginning of September.

I knew the same day when i she ordered the skin products that i don't use the same number as my WhatsApp number incase courier calls to deliver. So i sent her my other number she then said she'll ask the call center to update it for her.

These were her words on the 15th of August: "Hi dear if your stuff are not there... By next week someone has offered to me her stock while we wait for yours... The is a backlog of orders"

On the 28th of August i text her asking about the delay. She said she'd call me shortly, i never received the call.

On the 8th of September she asked me to join for membership. Due to my financial situation i told her i couldn't.

Then she was quiet till i texted her on the 27th of September saying, "Evening i trust you good and that all is well.

I wanted to ask you to kindly send back the money i will place the order from my sister.

It's been over a month waiting for the order and I'm still not getting any feedback on the delay of the things i ordered."

Her respond was: " Hi dear I would like to apologized for any inconvenience caused. We source our skin ... From a different supplier ... As a result that is why they take so long. I have placed your order already. As soon as I get the product , I will sell it and refund you..." "Everything in the skinrange is sold out"

I then thanked her and still waited.

On the 9th of October i sent her a voice note through WhatsApp asking her to just please refund me cause i honestly can't order skin products and still not get them after 2months i literally had to pester her till this day.

She disrespected me and told me how she deals with a huge some amounts of money what would she do with my money, told me I'm demanding ...?

After the whole fit, she asked for my banking details to send back the money i wrote my cell number, initials and account number. She said she'd send it this past week she still didn't send it or notified me to rather send it this week since she was busy.

Yesterday on the 19th October 2020 i sent her a text since she said nothing last week. The same week she promised to send the money. This was the conversation: "[10/19, 08:59] Momo✨: Good morning [10/19, 11:15] HerbalLife Distributor: Hi dear [10/19, 11:15] HerbalLife Distributor: How are you [10/19, 11:15] HerbalLife Distributor: I will do your transfer this afternoon [10/19, 11:16] HerbalLife Distributor: I was away ... I didn't have time [10/19, 11:33] Sinah: Thank you

I'm fine thanks hope you good as well."

This morning i sent her a text asking her to send the money before she gets busy.

At 13:53 she sends me a 4digit pin on WhatsApp. So i tell her i didn't receive any notification on my number that she always calls.

This is the rest of the conversation...

You work with people and you proving to me how you don't give a damn.

Ungbuzeleni ama banking details last if you knew you weren't gonna double check when you send the money.

I literally wrote my cellphone number that i use for everything expect WhatsApp."

I got very poor service from her. Very poor is an understatement actually.
