Lies, lies, lies... All lies!

Herman Kotze aka Heralt Construction aka HJDrawings is the worst business I have ever dealt with. He approached me to draw up plans for a garage attached to my house and I paid a deposit of almost R6000 on 9 December 2018. But he told us so many stories and lies up to now, I doubt we will ever see the approved documents in this year!! Whenever I query him, he sends me yet another insignificant or non-applicable form and tells me that "this is a new thing the municipality wants" and we just have to sign it, as he will complete the rest of the form..... Or he is just waiting for the folder from the municipality... Or he is waiting for an email... Or his runners.... He is not here this weekend.... Or they have a broken pipe on site ... The electricity was off... His runners were supposed to deliver the plans, etcetera, etcetera, etcetera.... And up to now we have nothing to show for our money's worth. Do not trust him and do not give him your money!!!
