****** by Adson Makusha and Zaheed from Herald Middleburg

Good day I send my Volvo S40 to a workshop in Middleburg Mpumalanga for engine repairs At first I was quoted R10000.00 for engine tepairs,of which the owner of the workshop,Mr Adson Makusha, promised me that my car would be fixed and given to me within a week.

After this week He mr Adson Makusha called me to collect the car. Since I am living in Kinross about 80km from Middleburg, I used a public transport by means of a taxi to Middleburg On my arival, I found the car parked behind other cars and obviously not in a positiowto be handed over to me. A lot of oil was laying under the car and the car was as dirty as could be.

The car has been tried to be started by Mr Adson Makusha. His effort was invain. He assured me that the car was starting and thst he don't know why it didn't start the time I was there.

I left his workshop and was assured by him,Mr Adson Makusha he would solve the problem.

Two months later we did a follow up enquiry of which informed me that the computer box was at fault of which he suggested that he had to send it for repairs.He told me that I should pay him another R6000.00. I deposited the money into his bank account, and two weeks later he informed me that I should call the service provider that he employed to expedite the fixing of the computer box. I told him "NO" Because he knows them and he employed them.

I insisted that he should fix my car or give my money back and bring my car bavk to me.

This is now more than three months since he fetch my car from Kinross during June 2020

Eventually Mr Adson Makusha called me to say that the car is starting but doesn't keep idling since he need the mobilizer

I ignored him, because I had the feeling that he is fooling around with me.

I decided to legal advise of which the lawyers told me to fetch my car and to take pictures of how I found the car.

I did so.

I decided to inform the local newspaper which is Middleburg Herald.

The Reporter, a Mr Zaheed, asked me to send him all the information around this car together with the pictures as to how the car looks like now. I did so and Mr Zaheed told me that the media was closed for the December holiday and That they would do a follow up with Mr Adson Makusha at the beginning of January 2021

On my follow up enquiry, Mr Zaheed refered me to a Mr Thabo no surname given.

I forward to Mr Thabo the same information I gave to Mr Zaheed who assured me that he would investigate the matter

Today,I called the number of Mr Zaheed who rudely told me that they atr not working on on Saterday He never told me this before.

My expectations from Mr Zaheed was to tell me that they ate busy with the story or not. Instrad he rudely told me that they dont work Saterday I asked of him why he is so rude of which he told me to "**** off and keep your story "

I told Mr Zaheed (watsupp number ***)that will do just that and this is why I am talking to you.

I have been de*****ed with R16000.00 + plus a R500.00 ***gy trailor hire,plus R1500.00 Toyota bakkie rental plus his tow in charge of R500.00

Does the behaviour of Mr Zaheed from Herald Middleburg mean he is in coerce with Adson Makusha of ENGINE CONVERSION & BEARINGS (*** 12 SLEGTKAMP STR UNIT 4 EMERALD COMPLEX MIDDLEBURG.
