Worst Customer Service EVER

I love to go to Her Annies. I spend a lot of money at this store for many years now, but today was the final draw. They are rude and know nothing about customer service. The management is arrogant if they think they will survive this monopoly they think they have, by not having an online presence at all, and no delivery options, and NO knowledge of how to treat a customer. Wake up people, it's 2020. I have been humiliated by a staff member previously when called fat, and today I was told by the managers' daughter to please keep quiet for her to speak. No, my dear, you do not tell a customer to keep quiet - EVER !!! You will NEVER see me again, and I will put the word out there of how you treat people.
