Very bad service

Please be very careful when you pay for travel insurance with Hepstar.

I bought a ticket for a college from JHB to Cape Town. He was still on his way with my husband to JHB. The vehicle they drove to JHB broke down 2 hours after I bought the ticket and I cancelled immediately. They do not want to pay me back because it doesn’t fall under the list of payouts!

They do not tell you this when they offer the insurance. It just states “cancellation insurance”. To me that says that if i cannot make my flight i can cancel? I will seek legal advice because I will not leave this. No wonder this companies make these kind of money because if they steel from 10 people a day, they are becoming very rich!
