Not so insuring insurance

After purchasing travel from Hepstar Travel Insurance and me and my wife tested positive for covid, they rejected our claim due to the fact that we are not returning to SA and will end our travels in our country of residence. The problem I have is the terms and conditions are communicated after you purchase the insurance. All the question they ask when you claim should be asked before you purchase and can then make a well informed decision. Horrible service, which boils down to a money making scheme.
