Hepstar travel insurance doesn't actually insure you.

DO NOT purchase travel insurance from Hepstar! Nowhere on the website do they specify that you need to purchase this insurance WITHIN 24 hours of purchasing you plane tickets. Our plans were cancelled due to covid, because our tickets were purchased before purchasing the insurance (a week after ticket purchase) they refused to pay out for the airfare. They also would not cover the accommodation because of this, although we already had the insurance before booking the accommodation. Basically I was told that if you do not purchase the insurance BEFORE booking your holiday it is null and void. This is NEVER disclosed on the site when purchasing or before you do, even thought they ask for your travel information. You only see the terms and conditions once you have paid for and purchased your insurance. Absolute **** and disgusting conduct!
