Full refund without problem for Covid-19 cancellation

I've always used Hepstar and although I've never had to claim they've always been fantastic in sending information, co-operating with date changes etc. I referred my 78 year old mother to them for insurance and they were very helpful and accommodating. Due to the Corona-virus pandemic she had to cancel her trip at the last minute and they refunded her in full without any hassles. Thank you Hepstar.
