Travel insurance rejected
I recently bought travel insurance for my Foster child. He got injured on 13 March 2026. On 23 March 2026 the flight was cancelled due to the war. They reject the medical claim although all medical record aswell as a statement from doctor . They handled the claim as a war cancellation and not as an medical claim. I followed all the steps on their website to appeal the desicion. They just ignore my appeal and did not acknowledge it.
