Hi Liz,

I just want to formally say how impressed I have been with the service we have received from HENWOOD BEDS, you in particular and of course Grant De Lange who always took my calls, emails or Whatsapp’s and always responded promptly with solutions.

While we were not really satisfied with the product, and that really has no bearing on the product it’s self but more to do with the fact that all though being very specific about our needs, I felt we were sold an item that did not really suit our needs. None the less the team at Henwood have always received our concerns politely and with the utmost professionalism. They have always gone above and beyond to make sure that we were satisfied with the proposed solutions and for that we are truly grateful.

You can give yourselves a massive pat on the back as in a world where service is sorely missed, you guys are knocking it out of the park. Keep up the great work
