HORRIBLE

Terrible mattress and terrible customer service. Nothing is a fault on their side, everything they lean the claim rejection to is your own fault. I will never buy this brand or recommend this brand to anyone. I feel like dumping it on a busy route with a sign on it saying “Never buy a Henwood bed” thought I would do the right thing and support local, so you do and then they drop you like a sinker on service. Disappointing!!!
