Henwood mattress terrible quality and experience!

Bought their hotel top range KXL HH Latex Care Mattress fm Fit for bed, before purchase we especially indicated to sales abt our previous one sunk problem to remind and avoid, however after one month use, the brand new mattress got sunk again, their aftersales team took the pics and proof then came back with a letter saying within 4cm deep pit is normal and saying we have to turn the mattress manually every month! Only 1 month use already became like this, what kind of brand and quality is this. We got one with another brand bought over 10 years, now still fine!

Poor workmanship, quality and aftersales service!

We will never trust, use or recommend this brand to anyone(we are in interiors design industry), hope they can introspect and pay high attention to the quality and customer service if they still want to be in the industry.
