On the 2july I paid the Henro Bulk Carrier Pty Ltd company from Bloemfontein to Kimberley to deliver my goods and I paid R1800 for everything and they took a long route where they ended up in Jan kempdorp for delivery of the sidelines goods. So the truck had a breakdown and the owner didn't want to repair the truck. The owner said I should help to repair the truck and they will refund my money in Kimberley. When the truck arrived in Kimberley on the 4th July the drivers of the truck ran away cause they were issued with warrant of arrest because it was their fault to take a long route. So they said before delivering they have to weigh the goods and after weighing they said I have to pay 1800rands again. So I paid and the driver was not available to deliver that afternoon. Then the following day they charged me storage fee whereas it wasn't my fault. So I paid 850rand again. This situation went on and on . It was just money paying and police were involved and the owner stole the phone and laptop and the iphone from the goods. So the police also asked money. At the end I paid 12900rand in total plus the twelve thousand rand of repairing the truck which was never paid back even now. Please help Hello Peter please. I want my money please. A very disturbed consumer.
