Sending used products and terrible customer service.

When I first purchased the product, they sent it to my billing address and not my shipping address. I couldn't get hold of anyone and tried to get the couriers to change the address. It didn't work and it was quite stressful. About two weeks later HenracTech got back to me and recalled that consignment and sent me a new package. When it arrived, I found the items dirty and broken, clearly used by someone else. I contacted HenracTech and they sent another consignment. When it arrived, it was NOT AT ALL what I had ordered. Once again clearly been USED BY SOMEONE ELSE! My husband then contacted HenracTech because the situation was making me very uncomfortable and a new package was promised. I have sent back all the broken items at my own cost and have still NOT received what I ordered and paid for 6 months ago. I’ve since emailed HenracTech, sent WhatsApp messages and phoned with no answer or response. I advise AGAINST purchasing anything from this company.
