No customer service

I’m extremely disappointed with the lack of communication from this company. I have been trying to get in touch for over a week regarding a refund I lodged, but no one has responded to my emails or calls. The lack of customer service is unacceptable, and I feel completely ignored. I would appreciate an update or resolution as soon as possible.
