No after sales and false advertising

Bought 2 gate motor smart switches. They arrived quick one of the devices is faulty secondly the only reason I bought from them is they state they only have tuya and smart life devices and these were advertised as they work with tuya but actually they are ewelink. Tried sending an email whatsapp called both the number numerous times also did a review on the site to warn others however that review also needs to be approved before it can be placed on their site. They are ****mers don't buy from them ever.
