Lucky packet Tech orders

Avoid Henrac Tech!! As many others have complained, I received a different product to what was ordered which was totally useless to me! Despite numerous follow-ups (email, Whatsapp, and telephone calls (one of which was actually answered by Keenan!!)), nothing has been done to correct it. Had to place an order with another site.
