Great stuff

I found the ordering, payment and delivery process easy to use, tracking and delivery very helpful, and received my TV box intact, on schedule at the correct address as provided. I have used the TV Box and is quite satisfied with the functionality and performance of the product bought. A small note was included in the package to explain certain items that a new user might find as problems with the MeCool KM9 PRO TV Box. This was also a very good idea that helps to use the box as it should be used.

Another point of praise for Henrac Technology as a provider of this product, I noticed a video upload on Youtube flagged by my subscription to the Henrac Technology Channel. This video helped me to set-up the Google Assistant usage of the Bluetooth-connected remote control to accept spoken commands using Google Assistant button of the remote control. Before doing the necessary actions, I could only reach the Google assistant by writing my requests. Now, this feature makes the operating procedure to run any app, go to a specific Icon of the display, searching for needed items or information such an easy way compared to have to click ad mouse around on the display. The processor has never in my small-time usage halted or rebooted, speed of apps execution is quick, there hardly ever any noticeable buffering taking place while streaming, an external USB HDD (USB 3.0) or a USB Pendrive (also USB 3.0) interfaces without any problems. Both devices mentioned were using the NTFS file system formatting. However, the only problem I had was that the file manager could not detect an external USB 3.0 stick formatted as "ext4" file system. The system indicated that it was not a recognized file system although web reports indicate that Android do recognize "ext4" file systems as valid, as I have found with another type of TV box that I tried the same USB stick.

The Display UI is attractive, I quickly get to the app that I wish to use. I only tried it with a Full HD display device (1080p-60Hz) as this is what my older model Smart TV supports. I have not tried the full scope of the audio support of the TV Box because of the lack of proper full-range audio equipment. Netflix works fine in the KODI app (TV Add-on for Netflix with own account). So does YouTube after registering using Google Email account name. I have not had a reason to use DSTV now as my subscription with DSTV is the smallest package available and at the moment not subscribed, so I cannot comment on the DSTV Now feature yet.

All in all, I am very satisfied with the product, still getting used to all the new features of Android 9.0 Pie version. I can recommend it as a very comprehensive hardware and software combination high end TV Box to any prospective buyers , this is my humble opinion.
