The worst service we have ever received

We are completely appalled at the terrible service we received from Henque Glass. We used them at a client of ours's house where we were doing building renovations and they gave us a bad name at our client due to a complete lack of communication from their side. They failed to come and finish the work on the dates given and then did not even let us know so that we could keep our client up to date. After all of this our office sent 3 mails to their office for the owner to phone our Director regarding the bad service that we were so unhappy with. They only rep**** after days and several mails and the owner just refuses to phone us or speak to us. They were paid in full before the job was even started therefore it is our conclusion that once they have your money they do not care about the service they give!!
