***IST AND RUDE COMMITS!

Very Bad Service.

Hennops Glass Aluminium came to fix a glass panel of a sliding door that was cracked. The door was working perfectly before they touched the door, just the glass was cracked, after leaving the sliding door gets stuck and one can not open or close properly. One can clearly see the sliding door is hanging to the back and need to be adjusted!

On Monday when they came to fix it they promised to come back on Thursday and sort out the problem, when I phoned on Thursday to find out when the will be coming I was informed that Hennops Glass Aluminium will not be fixing their mess as they just replaced the glass.

Apparently not Hennops Glass Aluminium problem and will not fix their mess, as they did not touched the sliding part of the door, but have the workers clearly on camera how they are working, filling and jabbing on the SLIDING PART of the door, what apparently they DID NOT touch!!!

Hannetjie at Hennopspark Glass and Aluminium, was so rude and disrespectful apparently because I am a WOMEN I have no clue what is going on and a man needs to phone her because they know how class is replaced.

***ist commits like this is clearly against the human rights and should not be tolerated in any way!!

Hennops Glass Aluminium has a clear problem with women and women speaking out when something is not correct!
