Good vibes and good food! Just want clarity on the 10% service fee. Is this an auto generated tip to the waiter? Had a situation where we paid over the bill amount including the service fee, and when asking if everything was okay to the waiter when the bill was settled, they said they only received x amount of tip which was far less than we paid over the bill amount, just curious as to how this works. Obviously we have no problem paying for the good services, just curious as to why our waiter would say such a thing?
