hennies montana , worst service ever

had a horrible experience at your new Montana branch, never have i in my life had such bad service . spent R1092.30 on the meal and drinks , just before leaving we met my brother there who asked we should drink a round with him , i ordered 2 draughts and 1 smirnoff spin , 3 jagerbombs and 2 of hennies chili sauce , which came to a total of R380 , i swiped for R400 , after paying and we drank our drinks , the very RUDE manager who did not want to give his name , tall with blonde hair grabbed the chili sauce out of my hands and said that we are not going anywhere , we had not paid for the sauce , we are *****ing , i told him then that i have paid , and showed him the slip , where he then proceeded to tell me he does not give a F### and told me i must open my handbag to show him what is inside as to i "probably stole more s#it " , he then called the waitress who helped us and asked her if we paid , she said yes , he then told her to go and get the proof of purchase and what we paid for because we are *****ing and when he saw he was wrong , he never said sorry , in fact he told us "just f#ck off and leave , rather not come here again" , my take away was also thrown away that i left on the table when going to smoke .

when i complained to the other manager , he said sorry , he cant do anything as to he is a manager as well , he can only say sorry on his behalf , even the bouncers at the door told them that i have paid for the stuff , he still grabbed it out of my hands , spoke very rudely and swore me regardless .

the waitress was very nice and helped us with kindness , but the manager was horrible . disgusted with the service from the manager
