Bad service

Worst service ever!! This company or rather Hennie Botha not only does construction but offers moving service too. He was contacted and a quote was given on moving furniture from Gauteng to KZN on 29 April 2021. First red flag he did not pitch up on the day of the move, had constant excuses pitched late afternoon on 30 April 2021 with a 6ft trailor and a chev utility bakkie. Take note its a whole house furniture relocation again another red flag. After being forced to pay this man almost full quotation price he finally left with the move just to receive a phone call 30min later he was in an accident and wont beable to take the furniture through. Now he has already been paid to do the trip now due to his negligence the trip never took place and another more reliable company was contacted on the 1st May and that same day took the furniture through. Since the 1st upto today thie man has been promising to pay the money back as which will just be the right tbing to do as contract was broken on his side, yes take the cost of trailer off and perhaps x amount for petrol but to blatantly keep one on a line for so long just to say wont give money back and then to still threaten a person. What kind of service is that. So people around Vaal Triangle please be careful of this man. Will never recomend either of his services.
