Henmak no after sales service nor honoring guarantees

I had a 8KW invertor and 4.8 KW LI battery install installed beginning of this year. Since then I had numerous problems where thw battery does not charge and the invertor was replaced with swcond hand equipment three times. Now the battery only shows 18AH availvale of the 100AH ts supposed to have and the invertor randomly switches itself off and on. I reported this nemerous times to the owner Henry fro Henmak who continuously promise to come and fiz this but never arrives. Be very carefull dealing with this company as the after sales is non-existent. There is also a very low guarantee on the equipment. He also installs cheap Chinese brands. The only thing thatwas great was the initial response to install and his installers were very quick and knowledgeable.
