Professional service from Henkel SA

I bought a tube of Gemken glue from Builders Warehouse (BW). It turned out to be only 2/3's full . Since I had to use it I took pics and much later (a mth or so) informed BW.

BW requested an email stipulating the problem (with attached pics) which I duly sent on 13/08. I received an email from Henkel on 14/08 recognising the complaint and today (17/08) the KAM (Tandiso Buthelezi - which made an effort to get to me - dropped off a surprise parcel with several Henkel products.

Professional service such as this is scarce.
