DEPOSIT REFUND

We made a reservation with Henk van Rooyen park (inside Marloth park) for December 2017 but due to personal reasons we cancelled our reservation 23 days in advance. According to Henk van Rooyen's cancellation policy we are entitled to a 100% refund of our deposit... It is now 2 months later and no deposit was received from them as yet. I message/emailed them about a thousand times. I am really disappointed because it is a very nice holiday destination but I WILL DEFENITLEY NEVER MAKE A RESERVATION WITH THEM EVER AGAIN!!!!
