Bitten by bed bugs - No responce to emails

July 2014 i booked 2 chalets for my brother and I. 1st night I could not sleep in my chalet as the door could not close properly, and had to share my brothers chalet, the care taker said they would refund me. The next evening I slept in my chalet but could not sleep as was bitten terribly by bed bugs, i put on all the lights and sat up all night. I called Lana and the care taker, they said they would refund me for another night. I took photos of my itchy red bitten body and swollen eye, from bed bug bits. They cleaned the chalet the next morning. I also complained that on my last morning while bathing the cleaner knocked and just walked into the bathroom, while I was in the bath, no sense of privacy, the cleaner closed the door and began taking sheets of the bed, not waiting outside until i was finished getting dressed, this was at 9.30 in the morning and book out time is 11.00. Lana asked me to email her with what had happened and send the photos, which I did, with no response from her, i email again, no response. Very bad service and no care attitude to unhappy customer.
