Warranty claims false

<p>When renovating our pool, I discovered hengro online and on Facebook. The product seemed wonderful and I could only see good reviews on Facebook. A warranty is promised on the product. We placed our order for pool paint. When it arrived , the tins said floor paint, but we were assured by the sales person that it was fine. We followed all the instructions. It looked wonderful for a few months. Then we noticed some peeling. Just over a year later, we get blue powder on our feet when we swim and the paint has peeled badly. I have inboxed and emailed photos of while we were painting and what it looks like now and no response. My posts on their Facebook page get deleted. I just would like sone advice. </p>
