Poor service

My car got scratched unfortunately they hv scratched it rite on the rear camera which it gave a sensor problem and my insurance advised me not to drive with it as it was showing park or tow mode on the screen...yes my insurance took time to assess the car after been assessed it was send through to Hendricks panel beaters where by they told us the bumper will take four days to arrive as they needed to change only the bumper..the four days was gone...then after 15 days I called in..there was no positive answer..I went to the panel beater as I wanted to get my car and fix it by myself as it was holding me to generate my salary...I got there the car was parked behind all cars...and I was told that the parts will arrive on another four days from that time..which the first time I was told that my car will be fixed within 7 to 14 days but after 15 days they were still waiting for the part....but I think bcos I am a ladies or maybe the color of my skin does influence this poor service and I hv even asked them to overnight the courier for the part to be delivered as I had two months already without a salary...so I think they are looking at what race is the customers bcos surely if it was someone with the same race as them stood two months without salary they could hv helped that person...so Hendricks panelbeater your service its sooo pathetic...change your attitude and welcome every customer the same...we all bring money to your business..no matter you get ours from insurance at the end we do pay you....I wish all insurance around burgersfort will stop delaying their customers by sending our cars to your panel beater....your service its sooo poor...
