Poor customer service

I took in the car for panel beating after the waiting for two months from them saying they waiting for parts and will call me to bring thye car after all the parts were recieved,finaly i took in the car on the last month and have been using hired vehicle ever since, i called last week to find out when can i get the car so i can arrenge the extansion for rental ,i was told the car will be fine on the 30th ,.So today i call again to confirm if the car will be ready on the 30th as promised ,now i get this response from him i qoute\ when can i get the car? I am not VW i dont do the parts
