Nissan np200 stuck at panelbeater

After the accident I was able to drive my car without issues for a month until miway insurance approved to repair. I was allocated to Hendricks panelbeater and handed my Nissan Np200 for repairs while it was still under drivable mode. After they stripped my car, they now telling me that they can’t find parts, 3 parts were outstanding and after 2 months they managed to get 2 parts and now my car is still with them due to head light part that is not available in the country. It’s now 3 months of me paying the car installment and miway insurance while the car is just parked at Hendricks panelbeater at Burgersfort town and I do not understand why they couldn’t allow to order parts first before I handed my car. I told them to assemble everything and give my car but they refused and Miway can’t even help or communicate anything with me. The employees at Hendricks are even giving me rotten attitude whenever I call.

I can’t get my car because of headlight, and they do not even have ETA so now I’m just waiting in the dark while paying the bank for that car and still paying insurance, it’s really painful I need my car back.
