Bad service

We loved going there, we booked 4 chalets me and my family,. We booked 2xG 2xF chalets, upon arrival we was told that the 1 F chalets key is gone but the will give us another chalet.... Thinking along the price we paid instead they gave a another chalet much further down that is cheaper than the F chalets. Secondly there is no water on the hole premises of Hendon Park. No running water u cant use the toilets, we couldnt do dishes..... Nothing. Then there is no doors on the cupboards ND none of the locks worked on the doors........ This is by far the worst experience we had coming to Hendon Park for all the other times we came. Saturday late morning the water went on..... What a relief that was, we could all shower ND use the toilet😡💩. The worst part also so there is nobody in the offices where we can lodge the complains. We need to be reimbursed for the F-chalet which we never got and they said by the window it will only be for the Friday night but it was hole weekend, its so disappointing. City of Cape Town did not work for us this past weekend.
