WORST EXPERIENCE EVER

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! Had the rudest agent ever named Michelle. She has has no manners, respect , professionalism at all. It gives me so much shame as I was lookin forward into purchasing a home with the company. The girl bagged my door were I am currently renting didnt even greet and I quote "which part of send proof of payment didn't you understand" mind you I dont pay rent to her but the owner of which rent is paid way before the due date. I told her that I don't appreciate her tone and should work on her communication skills instead of correcting her mistakes she threatens me that she can get rid of me with her boys. Im disgusted that she is even associated with the brand. I even told my brother to call of his appointment with the other agents of the company if the company condones such behavior most definitely no one should do business with
