Worst worst company ever

#henberg #multichoice #DSTV customer complaint, ******* removal of installed cabling without any notification or warrant. Henberg Vaalpark is billing customers enormous amounts for "supposidly" free installation with the DSTV price lock contract. They were ripping already installed cables belonging to the property owner as well as newly installed cables. They even cut an electric cable. Leaving the cable exposed.

This happened while I was at work and a dispute was on with multichoice head office regarding the installation fee...more like "over charging their customers".

They are very unprofessional, rude and have no right to enter anyone's private property...observers saw them trying to push the gate open without any permission.

Here is proof of the damage done to the property.

Take Note: with the first atempt of installation they were, u able to pick up signal and holes which was already drilled into the walls was patched up and left uncovered. ..everything was exposed inside and outside the house.

Damages as follows:

Unnecessary holes in walls

Broken plaster boards

Various holes in ceilings and walls

Already installed cables **********

Cable saddles was left as per pictures

Danger of exposed electrical cable

left house fully covered in sand and dust.

This was the so called manager of Vaalpark Henberg response to my complaint:

As business we shall not name and shame. For we do not lower our standards.

For the customer took More than TWO weeks to pay for the installation. We did not have any other choice for as everyone knows. People does not work for free nor does vehicles. After several attempts to find out when the money is paid the customer said its done., which we obviously can see its a lie. Customer does not read their price lock terms and conditions. For it does not include extra work and shall be paid for.

As for the problems it was fix, and the customer did confirm that everything is fine...

Unfortunately if any installation was done its stays property of the business until invoice is paid in full. Which is not done. Ive any one has a recipe to bore holes without sand and dust please let my know. So lets complain when theres reason to. Valerie Pruis Melissa Pruis

My response to his comment:

I have taken this up with multichoice on numerous occasions regarding your invoicing. You Hennie Oberholzer quoted me 3 different prices on my reinstallation...first it was an amount of R550...then on friday the 12th of August you sent one of your people to do the installation...whereby you personally claimed and "sincerely apologised" for your employee not being compitent enough to do the installation properly...hence I waited another 4 days before YOU Hennie Oberholzer eventually sent people or a person out to do my installation. With no fore warning of the invoice exceeding what you quoted me on...I got a hefty amount of over a R1000 for merely a bracket for the dish and "cables"...and a call out fee for the 2nd time...what was done exactly on the day of the 12th of August? NOTHING besides my house having holes in them and everything covered in dust...so I too the liberty of writing to dstv themselves complaining about how you "company henberg" treats customers. As by your Facebook and Google ratings...I do say that alone speaks for itself.
