Very slow and bad service

We had a storm on 17/12/2015 and the DSTV failed. So on friday morning we went standing in line at Henberg Three Rivers for 1.5 hours and in that time only 4 people were helped, so we left and went back the afternoon just to stand another 1.45 hours in line and they said the problem is not the decoders but the remotes. So went home and try again no luck. So we phoned Sasolburg and they said they will send somebody Monday. As from Monday the guy was there every day but still nothing is working correctly and they said they don't have decoders in stock for exchange and don't know when the will receive any. I already paid them. I gave in a TV that have to be repaired and I don't think that was a bright idea because I think they are going to take forever and charges double the price because we complain about there services. DSTV provider have to gave as an alternative dealer for repairs because Henberg is not a trust worthy source for DSTV complains/service/repairs. A full installation of DSTV cost R1650. I already paid R1150 for replacement parts. Could have all things brand new for a thew rand more. It's enough to make me sick. I hope Henberg will wake up and do something about this!!
