poor service

<p>We installed the explora and xtra view through Henberg Vaalpark. After plenty of problems with our SDPVR they suggested we replace it with a new decoder wich would be the explora and xtra view decoder on R2000 special. Not a day did not go by yet we do not have any problems with the installation. Either the xplora reboot a couple of timrs in less than 5 minutes or we sit without signal with the xtra view. Thabo is just great and try to help.... but how many times should we do call backs if everything should work just fine now with all the new equipment? I cant phone DStv coz they refer us back to the installers. This is just bull****. If you phone Henberg you get the feeling you are bothering the personnel they are just never friendly.</p>
