Unprofessional Property Management

This company is run by a gentlemen whom I have never had any issues with until the recent passed 2/3 months. He is supposed to be my property manager and he NEVER responds to me and has short payed me for March rental. It is now the 22nd April and I have not yet received any correspondence, response or payment for April rent which is due on the 1st April. He is being incredibly unprofessional.
