Do not buy online

Ordered online the 5th of December, to where I couldn't pay online. I reached out to Hemporium to ask if I can pay via EFT. I was informed by Rifqah Albertus, that once they receive POP, my order will be despatched. (email 6th of December 2024)

On Monday 9 December I enquired about the courier process, as I haven't received any information in this regard. I heard nothing. Then I was told the following "Please allow at least 2 to 3 days for orders to be processed and dispatched."
