DISGUSTED with employee

I must say I go to the movies with my kids and everything is usually 5 star but last night was different. There was a young blonde man at the popcorn counter that was very rude. He was impatient, also kept demanding what my kids want to drink and the just ended up saying coke because he was so rude to them and they really wanted a slushy. There were so many people behind us that I did not want to cause a scene. Usually with children's movies there will be add ons to the movie at the end or while the words are going up so most people wanted to watch it. as soon as credits started the full lights went on and the same man came in cleaning in between the people forcing people to leave to cinema. He did not have a name tag and I was disgusted. The elderly gent who helped us with the ticket sales was friendly and great service. This is supposed to be a place where children can come and relax and have an enjoyable experience. We usually talk about the movie on the wY home but all my kids kept talking about was how rude that man was. I will be going back at some stage but hope that man is dealt with.
