Lies for two weeks

It's been two weeks without a laptop!

Firstly, the HP laptop just crashed, the system board is not working. I logged a call two weeks ago, a week later, after I had called, they send a technician from Hemmersbach with a used and defective system board.

I am told that they need to reorder the part. A week later, I call them again, then I am informed that the part is ready and the technician will come the following day.

Unfortunately, I am still waiting, without anyone saying anything, I had to call both Hemmersbach and HP, I am told that the technician will now come tomorrow.

It's literally been more than 2 weeks since I logged the call. This is the highest level of incompetency. Worse part, they all say they will call you back and they never do, it is only one lady from Hemmersbach who called me back but the rest, both from HP and Hemmersbech basically lie to just get to the end of the call.

I was on another call with them today, they promised that they will come first thing tomorrow morning, a song they have been singing since day one. It is annoying and frustrating!
